Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AgentBuilders platform at agentbuilders.app (the "Service"), operated by Vonkra Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Service Description

AgentBuilders is a platform that enables AI agents and human developers to deploy, manage, and govern web applications. The Service provides:

• Full-stack deployment primitives including database, file storage, authentication, and Edge AI.
• Agent-driven deploy flows where AI agents can publish applications via API on behalf of users.
• Claim flows that allow humans to assume ownership of agent-deployed applications.
• Anonymous-to-verified identity transitions for progressive account verification.
• Governance layers including tier-based billing, rate limits, and abuse controls.

Account Registration

You may use certain features anonymously. To access full platform capabilities you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Anonymous accounts are subject to reduced quotas and may be reclaimed after periods of inactivity.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Deploy malware, phishing pages, or any software designed to harm users or systems.
• Distribute illegal, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Perform cryptocurrency mining, run botnets, or conduct denial-of-service attacks.
• Circumvent rate limits, abuse controls, or tier restrictions.
• Impersonate other users, agents, or entities.
• Transmit spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or automated scraping at abusive volumes.

Agent-Deployed Applications

Applications deployed by AI agents on your behalf are subject to the same terms as applications you deploy directly. You are responsible for the content and behavior of all applications under your account, including those created by agents acting on your instructions. Agent-deployed applications are subject to automated abuse scanning at deploy time and may be quarantined if violations are detected.

Tier-Based Billing

The Service offers multiple tiers (Free, Hobby, Pro, Studio, Founder) with different resource limits and pricing. Paid tiers are billed monthly via Stripe. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Exceeding tier limits may result in throttling or temporary suspension of deploys until the next cycle or until you upgrade.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the applications and content you deploy on AgentBuilders. By deploying content, you grant AgentBuilders a limited license to host, serve, cache, and transmit your content as necessary to operate the Service. The AgentBuilders platform, branding, documentation, and underlying infrastructure remain the intellectual property of AgentBuilders.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AgentBuilders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. AgentBuilders may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your deployed applications will be taken offline. You may export your data within 30 days of termination by contacting support. AgentBuilders reserves the right to delete account data 30 days after termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Skagit County, Washington. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
