1. Information We Collect

When you request access or use AgentBuilders, we collect:

Account information: Name, email address, company (optional)
Usage data: API calls, deploy frequency, app metadata
Technical data: IP addresses, request headers (for security and rate limiting)

We do not collect or access the content of your deployed applications or their end-user data beyond what is necessary for platform operation.

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide and maintain the Platform
Authenticate your API requests
Enforce rate limits and detect abuse
Send transactional emails (welcome, account changes)
Improve the Platform

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure (Workers, D1, KV, R2). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Cloudflare's security infrastructure for protection.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share data with:

Cloudflare: Infrastructure provider (data processing)
Stripe: Payment processing (credit card data never touches our servers)
Resend: Transactional email delivery
Law enforcement: When required by law

5. Your Rights

You can:

Delete your apps and data at any time via the API
Request a copy of your account data
Request account deletion by emailing hello@agentbuilders.app

6. Cookies

The admin dashboard uses a session cookie for authentication. No tracking cookies are used. No third-party analytics are loaded.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Deleted apps enter a 7-day quarantine (name reservation only - data is immediately deleted). Audit logs are retained for 90 days.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HMAC authentication, rate limiting, RBAC, timing-safe comparisons, and comprehensive audit logging. Report security issues to hello@agentbuilders.app.

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated date.
